Best advice to give to an addicted gambler who is finding it difficult to conquer gambling addiction is to try as much as he can to reduce the rate at which he gambles, by so doing he will start losing interest gradually even though he may not be able to abstain from gambling activities completely but it will help. Gambling addition is so bad because i have really seen people in real life that it made their life miserable, it's not just a good thing to gamble to the extent of addiction so as a gambler, it is always good to be at alert whenever you are gambling so that you don't fall into addiction.
