I think both teams didn't play well but it was Pakistan who played more worse and lost the match. Bangladesh started badly but it was Jaker Ali and Mahedi Hasan who held the innings together for them and they ended up making a score of 133 runs. In ordinary circumstances, this score wasn't going to be enough. But somehow we saw some extraordinary batting by Mahedi Hasan and Shoriful Islam. Both of them took five wickets in total and their early bowling spell destroyed the Pakistan batting. Due to good bowling and fielding effort, Bangladesh was able to win the match despite scoring low.
I think you are wrong. In the early stages of Bangladesh's bowling innings, Shariful Islam and Tanjim Hasan Shakib destroyed Pakistan's top order batting lineup.

Earlier, Bangladesh set a total target of 134 runs which did not seem enough before the start of the second innings. But before the end of just 6 overs in the second innings, the match was in Bangladesh's hands and Bangladesh seemed to be the favorite to win. Running at this venue in Dhaka is difficult for every team. I will not say that both the teams did badly, rather they played an average game according to the pitch. But Pakistan's batters did not do well at all, especially the middle order and top order. Pakistan came close to winning, relying on the batting of lower middle order batsman Ashraf Fahim, but they did not get the taste of victory. Another thing to note was that the Bangladesh bowlers started brilliantly, but the end was not so great.
