There was a period that I was about to get addicted to gambling, I was already carried away, and my gambling activity increased, but I was lucky to notice that early, and I had to control myself before it got out of hand. During that period I decided to stop gambling completely, actually I was always bored at home, so I decide to get something doing, I won’t always be at home, I noticed I was spending more time gambling just because I was always alone at home, so I decided to enroll myself in some thing which is always going to take my time, and my attention shifted from gambling. Later when I noticed that I wasn’t even thinking about gambling any longer, then I decided to start gambling back with strict rules. I have a gambling budget which I never exceed, I have the amount that I do always spend on gambling weekly, and immediately I use all the money, I don’t always deposit more money.
