I have checked, my KYC verification is still showing failed. So my KYC verification option should be opened from reopen so that I can complete it by submitting my documents from reopen . Please open it again
Uhh... I do get a clarification from them about "approved", I'll need to confirm and be sure we're on the same page and same understanding, but they're already unreachable by now. I'll relay tomorrow, once they made themselves available once more.
