Even though I don't like Erik Ten Hag as a coach, I think he's going to get it right at Bayern Leverkusen when the German Bundesliga season starts because the German Bundesliga is not as strong and competitive as the Premier League, and Bayern Leverkusen isn't performing as poorly as Manchester United, so there is a big possibility that Erik Ten Hag can get it right at Bayern Leverkusen next season.
Obviously the competition in the German Bundesliga is not as tough as the one he get to face in the premier league,  sometimes amongst my peers we do argue it that any coach who survives the premier league with a very awesome performance is most likely indeed a very good coach and can do pretty well in any other leagues,  I believe it is no news the Premier League is the best in the world and so we should not expect any less,  the pressure in the Bundesliga is far less as compared to what he had to put up with in the  premier league so I expect only the best from him in the Bundesliga.
He could easily have a season in the Bundesliga because there's truly fierce competition in the Premier League. Furthermore, as a natural consequence of this competition, he faced immense pressure. Of course, he faced a lot of criticism during his time at the club for poor performances. He was later dismissed, but his successor faced similar difficulties. He has now assumed a significant leadership role in the Bayer Leverkusen squad occupied by Xabi Alonso. If Leverkusen's management trust him, they must know better, because they trusted Xabi Alonso in the same way, and they won the title.
