What's your best advice to gamblers fighting with addiction?
One thing is for sure, you will need great support from your family, partner, or close friends. This will provide the motivation you need. In addition, you can seek help from professionals such as psychologists. It will be very challenging, and you should not quit abruptly, as that can lead to despair. Instead, you should quit gradually, perhaps by increasing your involvement in positive activities that can shift your focus away from gambling.
