If you are extremely rich and you can just gamble up to your heart's content, does the novelty of winning wear off? Like would you get tired of gambling since there's really not much risks because you can gamble with any amount and still receive little to no consequences?

I doubt these people gamble. I know when I used to work in a huge business before and the boss together with his family he used to get to exotic locations like Monaco and other casino related places like Las Vegas yet they gambled very little and didn't feel the winning side of things. So rich people do not really enjoy gambling unless some very addicted people who are ill from gambling addiction and there is no real recovery for them at all no matter what they do, there is the story of that man with Japanese like name that I don't remember now who build an empire with business and lost in some years by gambling. So the novelty of winning for normal rich people is not there and they don't give the slightest f*ck about what happens to their money when gambling. I have been in a trip with my boss to Monaco several years ago and I felt the excitement of gambling while the boss family didn't feel any of it.
