I'm afraid I don't see a good future for Atalanta either. 
The departures of important names including their coach Gasperini is likely to affect them in a negative way. Ivan Juric isn't a name which is convincing to me to be honest. He was Roma coach for a temporary period of time earlier. He looked really incapable then. Like he didn't know what to do exactly. Yes, maybe not a long time passed. But on the other hand we have a Ranieri example. He started superbly there. He knew what to do exactly to help them rise again.
It is understandable to worry about Atalanta future with important players and coach Gasperini leaving as such changes can really hurt team. Your doubts about Ivan Juric are fair especially since he seemed to struggle at Roma before and some coaches like Ranieri make instant positive impact. However temporary job is different from permanent one where coach has time to build their team so Juric might have grown as coach or simply be better fit for Atalanta specific situation making their adaptation under new leadership something interesting to watch.
