I've checked, and seems that the .one domain shares the same Steam OpenID (authenticator) as the .com counterpart, which is also an official mirror according to their Twitter account

Before a gambling site could ban your account and restrict you from gambling then there is a reason why such actions was carried out. I would want to know; did you by any means uses VPN to create account on the site or do you have multiple accounts on that gambling site? This are the only thing that casinos highly frown upon and also irregular betting, when they discovered irregular gambling and pattern on their gambling site they would have no options than to strictly ban you from their site.
Last I knew Gamdom allowed VPN users.
