Galatasaray announced today that it has officially exited the Turkish Banks Association (Bankalar Birliği) agreement.
They have paid off all their debts related to the Banks Association.
After Trabzonspor, Galatasaray has become the second major club to leave the agreement.
Fenerbahçe and Beşiktaş are also trying to exit the Banks Association.
Fenerbahçe had even increased its capital on the stock exchange to do so and planned to use the funds to exit the agreement, but did not proceed with this plan.
