OP, if you have nobody in another country, then moving is scary because if you talk about your cryptos, there is a high chance that everyone will try to scam you or rob you and if you move but don't talk, keep in mind that you might face some problems in the streets and this is the moment when you'll be in trouble. I don't say it's guaranteed to happen to you but you have to be ready for everything and think twice whether it worth to get away from taxes or not.
Also, are you in a hurry to sell all of your Bitcoins at once? If you are not in a hurry, then you already have got some good advice, use ATMs or P2P exchanges or even in the best case, sell your Bitcoins to your friend if they are interested in buying. That's what I did once when I wanted to sell 3K Bitcoins, I sold them to my friend like nothing happened. He wanted to buy Bitcoins, I wanted to sell to buy a Camera and lens.
