Our team does not share the actual reasons behind the ban with Support.
I am sorry that you want to file a complaint, but we are not able to stop you from doing that.
All the necessary internal processes have been followed, regarding the ban of your account.
I didn't know that Gamdom support system is completely joke like that when it comes to dispute resolution. They should at least tell the specific reasons or highlight some specific clauses of the terms if the decision was made by following the necessary process. Taking the complaints to the mediator is the only solution here. They have stated this in their terms:

17. COMPLAINTS
If you have a complaint or dispute relating to our services, you should first contact our support team at support@gamdom.com and attempt to resolve the issue informally. We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve the issue in a timely, fair, and transparent manner. If the matter cannot be resolved through our internal process, you may refer the complaint to the relevant ADR (alternative dispute resolution) provider, where available.

Submit a complaint on the 'CasinoGuru' first. If CasinoGuru rejects the complaint by marking it as sports betting related issue, then take it to the 'Askgamblers'.
