Have they really,,, come to terms and recognize gambling addiction to be a disease? I don’t know for sure but, I’ll see what I could find on that.
Gambling addiction however is a problem to those who don’t have the discipline enough to ensure that they a real gambling responsibly. With gambling being a highly addictive field, it’s mostly important that those who venture here be sure if they could handle losses and still fair good. When you try to recover, you might end up creating a one pathway to addiction.
Discipline can only help until the gambler becomes addicted to gambling. Once they become addicted, they can no longer control themselves. Their only goal is to gamble as long as they have money. In such cases, professional help is needed, or an understanding that it is gambling addiction that leads to problems. In such cases, a very strong desire to stop gambling for the sake of something more important is needed. For example, family. It is possible to fight gambling addiction on your own, but not everyone is capable of doing so.
Once someone become an addict in gamble then it becomes a very bad and critical situation and repairing this person back to who he or she use to be is always difficult and sometimes it is impossible and some people carry this addiction to their grave. Sometimes it is very easy for someone to become an addict because of consistent gambling but very hard to flee away from it and I still believe that becoming an addict is a mindset because before someone turn into an addict there are stages they will go through which means addiction doesn't just start there are processes.
