I am sure there will be many dealt by the customer support team itself when they run into some issue regarding withrawal or anything but I also want to point another fact most of the accusations claim casino cheated is flase because they user broke any of the terms so casino just voids the bet and returned the deposit but they will ask for more or threaten they will ruin their reputation which is why those claims can't provide valid evidences.
Currently, there are many issues handled by the team. I'm not surprised if it takes a lot of time. The team can't make a careless decision, that's why they need to gather some valid information firstly.
Sure, there will be always the people who try to ruin the reputation. Competition factor, user personal matters, or blackmail attempts can cause the issues. So we can understand if it can't fixed instantly by the team.
