Ukraine and the West have turned Russia's police operation into a war. Putin is busy with a war. If the BRICS nations really want to visit with him, let them come to Russia and visit.
Putin attacked Ukraine with a huge army, but he failed to capture Kyiv in 2-3 days, as he had hoped, and now, thanks to the courage of the Ukrainian people, the war has been going on for 4 years.
Give the war a little more time. Russia has already taken what they are after. But if Ukraine resists hard enough, Russia will take all of Ukraine.
There was reasonable peace between Ukraine and Russia before 2014. Then Ukraine started attacking Russians living in Ukraine, and even attacking into Russia, itself. Russia put up with a lot before the did their police action in 2022. Maybe that's why they call Putin 'Putin', because he 'put' up with a lot of Ukraine grief before doing his police action.
