If in fact things with Juve have to be better for this session because I personally have seen that the teams are getting in very good shape, reinforcing themselves above all, but Juve have history and with the money that was not much that they won in the World Cup they have to make very good purchases, AC Milan have already taken Modric, he is a great player, he will give another vision to football in the team, Juve must look for new blood to refresh.
We can see that all teams are improving for next season, but no one knows what will happen. It could be better or worse. Players come and go, which can have a significant impact on a team's performance.
Juventus and AC Milan are two teams looking to achieve their best form to win titles, but that won't be easy, and the changes made are still open to change.
It reminds me a lot of the era in which teams bought old glories, Milan has always done so, it reminds me a lot of when they bought Ronaldo the phenomenon, that was a transfer coup where they bought a player who was already old and ruined just for his name, these are not purchases even remotely comparable to Modric obviously, but I had the same vibes
They built the team for the short term, like recruiting Modric, of course they realize that they might only be able to utilize this aging player for one or two seasons, but I think AC Milan's management did not build this team to compete for the title and I'm even sure they didn't make the team much better than last season, so I won't have high expectations for AC Milan next season.
It's true that Milan often doesn't build a squad for the long term. After a season's failure, they always take shortcuts by bringing in older players who are still performing well. This is also what Milan did when they signed Ibrahimovic and won the Serie A title.

Last season was truly disappointing for Milan. They didn't even win a title and didn't qualify for the Champions League. Their squad wasn't bad, but they lacked experience and lacked the right coach to manage their strategy.

After Milan brought in Allegri, he immediately moved quickly to overhaul the squad, bringing in experienced players who were still competitive and driven to win titles, like Modric. This is also why Modric wanted to join Milan: his desire to win titles and compete.
