I do not know the reason Bitcointalk moderators will condone something like this which is usually a means that people like you are scamming people.

I know they will do the work but they have zero effect on the social media account of this person because they were never real humans but using accounts that will not be visiting what you are posting.

For example, it will be bad for you to have 20000 followers from them and you post something but no one among the 20000 followers view what you are posting. That is a waste of money.

It is better you stay away from someone like this. It is just a scam at the end.
