What i don't get is why BCPoker don't just email me and sort this out like a normal business? Why do they choose just to never communicate whatsoever over these last few weeks?
I just log in 1 day and my account is frozen, then i have to hear from Holy weeks later via this sub forum that apparently i multiaccounted.
I know i have only 1 account, so this fabrication of me multi accounting plus the radio silence makes me wonder what sort of business operation they're running there. I don't get why a business with a big player base like BC can't just act professionally and fairly and still make money. It seems ridiculous to me that every crypto casino appears to end in an endless line of scamming when this sector is supposed to be thriving. I've had so many problems at so many crypto casinos, yet i've never done anything wrong at all. It's very frustrating and tiring.
EDIT: There also seems to be something going on in the main BC.game thread where a few members just constantly bang on about how companies deal with scams, basically saying nothing, and repeating it over and over again for pages. It seems to be some sort of shilling, perhaps to keep the page bumped and try to put a veil over BC's problems.
I've inquire for more substantial evidence for that counter-allegation of multi-acc, as well as direct contact with their sister casino from my contact. My contact themselves said that it might be difficult as it is completely out of their jurisdiction [we're no longer talking inter-department here, it's --safe to say-- inter-entity], but they'll try.
At the same time, I've also reached my other contact on BC to get a more direct contact with BCPoker, still bumping on dead-end here. So, if you can have a bit more patience, that'll be much appreciated.
