Firstly, your site isn't an exchanger. It's a swap service and most likely belongs to this section and not here.
As for your site itself, it's lacking more than a lot for being able to launch it, and I really wonder why you do it. Links and buttons don't work properly, no ToS or anything related to fees, even the template needs work. At least develop it to such a level that it will be understandable for all and without anything hiding in any shadow...
