Yes, if someone's intention is to be an active player on a platform then it's best to complete the KYC details as soon as possible. The best option is to complete the KYC before depositing huge funds if someone is a high roller because after despot KYC completion might take sometime and thus it's better to do it at initial stages.
However, Betpanda does not offer the option to send KYC at the beginning. Furthermore, if you are just a player like me, I don't think you need to do it, unless the deposit is above $1k. It might be safer, but I don't know if you are allowed to send KYC at the beginning by contacting live support.
