If what the OP of this thread posted is true, today will be Hhampuz birthday.
You can see it on Hhampuz's profile, there is a birthday cake sign which means it's his birthday now.
But I didn't just guess from the profile, I also knew from Hhampuz directly that today he had a birthday and was enjoying his vacation.
Regarding the spam thread, I think this is a discussion about someone having a good reputation as well as having a good time on his birthday.
