Yeah maybe we can't be sure who the winner is but if it's just a prediction it's fine, we only predict based on the squad or new players but that is not a guarantee because sometimes new players need to adapt, if you remember how Chelsea was 2 seasons ago, they had a lot of great and expensive players, but unfortunately they couldn't play optimally. If I had to choose I have 4 teams that would be in the top 4 Chelsea, Manchester City, Arsenal and Liverpool my prediction is one of them will win the title next season.
