@mr reporter, if I’m not mistaken, I think they already made their fee obvious  that they will be charging  a 20% flat for every wallet recovered and that’s a good one and regardless of the amount, the team should be very transparent in their works because with transparency, they will be able to gain and earn the trust of their customers
The 20% is used as a reference and depends on how much is in the wallet. There are instances it could be different from what I saw in one of their publication. The fee is fair to me and I'm sure anyone with no hope of getting his money from the wallet will happily pay 20% of the amount instead of losing everything unless the person is greedy which is not good.
There are old wallets like wallets from 2012 that might look old and forgotten, it can be very difficult to recover funds inside and for a person that thinks all hope is lost due to how complex it is to recover that kind of walle. The owner will be very happy if their funds can be removed from the wallet. I know some examples of old Bitcoin wallet like multibit that lost continuation in development stage due hugs and the team discontinuing and developing the wallet. That kind of wallet can be very difficult to recover funds in it even when you use sophisticated tools.
