Is over 3 months now btc is experiencing lost, in my little way I use 1 million naira to invest and ever since then I don't feel like sleeping because my money keeps dropping every now and then, I don't know how long this drops is going to continue because am scared the little money I thought will built empire is shrinking to 200k. Please what's causing these deflection of cryptos and markets. Or should I remove the remaining balance?
This is obviously a new investor panic syndrome I see in you and it's understandable but don't panic, I advise you to keep holding on to your Bitcoin, before you invested in Bitcoin I'm sure you made your research to know that Bitcoin is volatile in nature but that isn't going to stop you from making your profits only if you are patient and disciplined enough, Bitcoin has recorded a new ATH at $123k and that should show you how consistent Bitcoin has been in the market over the decade and it is still expected to reach $150 before the year ends so don't let FUD ( fear, uncertainty and doubt) get to you. Bitcoin is doing pretty good this month July and I suggest you do your research well before you start panicking because if you bought Bitcoin three months ago then you are not at loss.
He doesn't need to panic instead calm down his minds and check the opportunity for the price increase While waiting for the price rise, he can do other things so he can distract his mind and think about the downtime. He can also buy back at a low price and hodl it until the price returns to the higher price.

Suppose his target is for the long term, he will not be sad and accept the situation. He will search for other ways to buy back and will not be afraid of anything. He knows that the downtime will be part and temporary in the crypto market.

This July, Bitcoin movement remains unpredictable but we already saw a new ATH. So we may see another ATH in the next month.
