support@luckydiamond.io so they could explain the reason for my account suspension. Well, no matter how many emails I contact, they never answer, and in the chat they just tell me to contact them by email.
What prize have you won there actually? You have said about the prize winning a few times in your post, and you believe that LuckyDiamond has blocked your account as you have won the prize. I doubt that you will get any response from them. Their representative isn't active here.

Casino Guru with a poor rating, and it looks like they don't have any representatives in CG. Their telegram group doesn't look like a community of the gamblers. The mod and some other users are having conversations in Russian language, which aren't related to the casino. Still, you may submit a complaint in CasinoGuru if you want.
