See what so many schedules in mind can course, i was thinking on how to archived those schedules and i thought that my first posting yesterday that i included my push-ups report without knowing that i didn't post my report after different kind of exercises i engaged in yesterday and that is why i decided to write out my push-ups report so early so that my today schedules will not stop me from posting my push-ups report, i started my exercise with running and i covering some kilometers and after then i eventually started my gymming and i concluded in doing 20 push-ups exercise in 8 sets.
