Not everyone has the entrepreneurial instinct needed to run a business. Managing your own business requires significantly more responsibility, initiative, a creative approach, and the ability to handle any situation with resilience. Most people take a passive stance in life and prefer to shift responsibility onto someone else. That’s why regular employment is usually a better fit for them.
That is right, not all people are capable of being an entrepreneur because they have lack of skills in management and their hearts aren't prepared to handle business and the risk that it possess. It's okay if they choose to remain employed as long as they are bringing food to their tables and sometimes, the entrepreneurs that are tasting success some of them feels they're already superior because they've done a business and are doing well. They lack of empathy and understanding that not everyone can be on their shoes and doesn't have the guts to start.
