Yes, I'm afraid, their decision is final. I asked them your stat as per what I wrote in quoted post above, and they tell me that they've return best they can, so that your total withdrawal and deposit matched. And that they're firm with their decision, because they can't do further than this, as they can't inquire an investigation to their provider.
