I think he has the potential to become world class, but for whatever reason it hasn’t quite happened yet. I think his PSG move came too early in his career but he is ready for a big move now.

I could see him @ Bayern.

I was also expecting some twist in this transfer but latest updates clearly showing he is agreed about his personal terms with Chelsea which mean all set for his entry into Chelsea.
Bayern Munich always capable of giving surprises, but currently they are late in this situation, so Chelsea can win this race this could be good for them, he is the good winger who can bring good results for them at top level in coming season.

All is set for Chelsea but still need to wait official announcement because in soccer anything can happen at last moment.
