This is really sensible. I do always imagine how you people do go about recovering wallet passwords that you know nothing about the password. I know have an understanding of how it goes by using fuzzing method and reverse engineering based on the information one already gathered about the encryption method. I will really love to learn more so am going to take out time to go through your medium page
I have also wondered on this several times because I don't really get it how you can generate a list password using a method I do not know. If this is possible, generating passwords using hints. That means with time generating any lost password will be 100% possible with the use of quantum computers. Only China has been able to break that barrierof generating their own quantum computers but I know in the future maybe few years to come, wallet recovery will be easier for people that are into the services. By that time wallet recovery will be fast and less complicated.

Left for me I think decoding of those lost password would be based on the strength of the forgotten password their clients used, it would be much easier to decode if a client used a simple password than when the person used a lengthy password with uppercase, lowercase, some numbers and symbols maybe that's why it takes time to resolve some clients issues than others, I've read in their review where some clients cases was resolved in days while some claim it was resolved in few hours and so on. Well we can only have a clue bit don't fully understand how those wallets are decrypted since we're not in that field or technically inclined only their technicians working in their lab could give some info concerning our curiosity.
It appears that you have a solid understanding of the variables that might affect how long it takes to address these problems with the business.  Furthermore, you are probably correct that the password's strength and complexity would have an effect on the decryption procedure.  In my opinion, passwords that contain a combination of capital and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols are more secure and more difficult for password thieves or scammers to decipher.  As you said, I have also seen that although some client situations are handled rapidly, some take a lot longer. I would assume that this is because the password is complicated or there may be other technical problems.
