I have used Sportsbet several times to win free bets in bitcoin,
their withdrawal fee for bitcoin is 0.001 BTC. If I do not win up to the amount, I will not be able to withdraw.
I prefer casino who allow small fees just to pay the network cost. Some casinos makes it as another revenue streams which is bad.
