This case in the Philippines, i could say is isolated. Cockfighting here is okay and as a enthusiast i could say that there is no criminal networks involve at least here in our place. In fact many tourist come to cockfight arena to witness cockfighting event as they are eager to see why this banned event in their country is so popular here in the Philippines.

I have not heard of any problem here in our place either. The cockfighting arena is so near the residential area, and that is why many police are always doing their rounds, especially when a big event happens like the derby. Well, the government is taking a big portion of the tax, and if they want it to continue, they must put some security in that place, especially with so many cars out there, which must be visitors from other places just to gamble or maybe bring their own roosters to fight.
There's no news about any bad thing that happened there, and maybe it's also because of the new way to place bets, which is computerized.

Any update though on the case? the last report that I read is that several bones have been found already and it says it's human bone. Does the authority was able to connect it to the missing men? And how long does it take to identify the DNA? This is a high profile case so I expect the police to really pushing hard so that they can really arrest those men that are involved?

How about the whistle blower? He already known his presence and so there should already be a case against the billionaire Charlie Ang and his conspirators. No offense, but I guess that's why the country is backward as justice is delayed.
