OP let me assume of all you have said is a talk about between regulated and unregulated casino/gambling platform you have been trying to emphasize about.
See... In my country, crypto is not illegal and the government are either not making tough policies for gamblers.

So on the quest of online gambling, I will always prefer to gamble in a regulating providers so as to secure a level of trusts that the crypto casino or gambling sites I am betting on has a legal reputation as the case maybe that they are operating government watch. So providing a KYC would not be my problem to me while my concern is genuineness and transparency of the provider.
