Stake support now says:

“We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our services. We sincerely apologize for the confusion caused by the delay in the promotion tracker and the lack of proper communication around it. That said, please note that we’re unable to offer compensation or refunds. We expect an official update or clarification to be provided soon.”

So just to be clear:
They admit there was confusion, a delay, and no communication…
But still say: “No refund, no compensation.”

It’s actually wild how these huge companies can mess up, cause you to lose real money, and then just say “sorry, wait for an update.”
No accountability. No fix. No concern for the player.

This was a platform error — not user error. I shouldn’t have to eat the cost for something that wasn’t my fault.

Disappointed, but not surprised.
