Well, it is kinda disappointing that the wager wasn't counted as promised. But I am not sure if you should expect compensation from them. Even if you do and they refuse to compensate you, it still doesn't fall under a scam. They admit that there was an issue on their website. The best they could have done is increase your wager, or offer you some kind of bonuses to make you happy. But I won't say they scammed you.

I am also curious when you noticed that the wager wasn't counting. I think you should have checked earlier if everything had worked well while you were wagering. The stake representative is not active here. I am not sure if you can expect an answer here from them.
