Many online casinos, just like yours, don't require KYC immediately after a player signs up. However, the platform reserves the right to request identity verification if and when it sees fit. Point 17 of your T&Cs explain this. The casino can ask you to provide identifiable information to them or a third party if necessary to verify your identity or for any other reason. I am sure that happens, and I am also sure scammers will abuse your service if you didn't do it. So, it's a double-edged sword.
From the ToS of this casino, it is clear that they do kyc at any point in time as deemed necessary for them to, but the OP here seems to be misleading in saying no KYC when it is not so, which I believe did not go down well with members hence they are questioning the authenticity and reliability of the casino for OP to have said such but it is not bad to have put it straight to the community that at some point kyc might be required if there are anyobservations on the account holder.
