A lot of famous and big crypto casinos require KYC too anyway so as said there is not much difference unless you are really using a complete decentralized casino then you would just prefer crypto for that to maintain complete anonymity. If you are not that strict about anonymity, you can still use crypto for privacy and for convenience.
There is no difference in KYC with centralized crypto casinos and fiat casinos. KYC are required to the most for both of them. But if someone is seriously delicate and sensitive with the identities that they have, they are free to choose the decentralized ones and there are some that they can find. Although everyone will agree that through the centralized/fiat casinos, they're very convenient to use whether they ask for kyc or not.
