I like how he is saying "unknowingly bypassed the region restriction". Unknowingly? Really? If he is from UK (I suppose that as he cant pass KYC with UK documents), he from the start have issues with opening page and making a registration. From the beginning, without making a deposit he has already broke ToS rules, and now call it unknowingly. With such silly approach, I am not sure that he is 18. People who are +18 dont do such silly mistakes so easily, they are not so ridiculously silly towards their money.
The thing is that he was using VPN and it is clearly mentioned on the ToS that using VPN for restricted regions is prohibited.
So the user should have been aware of that before depositing such large sum of money on the site.
