I can relate to what you are saying, there are sometimes fabrizio might announce an arrival of player but at the end of the day that deal might not see the light of the day. I think this is because if even after these announcement is made, there are still paperwork's that still needs to be done, if those paperwork are not done and another club shows interest on the player with a bigger offer, trust me the player might reconsider his stance, but for the case of Gyokeres, he has already declared his intention that his only ready for Arsenal move only and not any other club.
