There’s only one loss I can’t forget, the 0.5btc Aside from that, it’s not that I forget my losses quickly, I just don’t care much about them. I don’t dwell on previous losses before playing because I need to play with a fresh mindset, with the intent to win, not to recover what I lost. That’s how it should be. If you keep thinking about your past losses, you’re only stressing yourself out while playing. It's not good to think about it coz it can only affect your session or the way you play.
Losing 0.5 BTC in the past may seem insignificant, but looking at the current price, everyone is stunned... yet it remains a beautiful memory of the past when you once gambled in large amounts in the form of BTC.

Why keep dwelling on past losses that no longer matter? Clearly, stress will arise if you keep thinking about it, so it's better to let it go and play again with money you're willing to lose.
0.5 BTC is more than that; it's a huge amount; few people can comprehend it; it's quite insane, especially for me personally.

It's not important, but the feeling of regret is there; you can't deny it. Perhaps you've also experienced a phase where you regret losing something and can't forget it.

During gambling i can forget my small loss quickly probably it took only a few days but for big loss unfortunately i cannot forget it although it was happened few years ago it because this loses make me stress out and i got the trauma even i still remember the amount of money i have loss and the game which i played at that time but the difference is currently i can accept the reality that those loses is not more than a bad luck and i can learn from my previous mistakes

Dont you find it great that you can not forget your bad experience and it saves you from repeating same mistake; a mistake or choosing wrong size of a bet/being to confident/fact that you have used to big  amount to gamble that it stresses you? You will forget that stressful moment only when you will have a more stressful one, making your lost best kind of a protection, a barrier.

Is it like we're supposed to remember the good things or past wins in gambling to avoid dwelling on what happened before, so we don't experience stress from those thoughts?

However, you need to remember that what has happened is something we will never forget, especially if we lose a significant amount of money in gambling. It will never be forgotten. The most important thing is not to let it become a wound to our minds and mental health, because disappointment can damage brain functionz
