Hello,
Following a thorough internal investigation, the account was found to be in clear violation of our Terms and Conditions through activity that constitutes abuse of our platform. 

To preserve the integrity and fairness of our platform, we apply a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of abuse. As a result, the account has been permanently close, and the balance confiscated in accordance with our policies.
While we cannot disclose detailed internal detection methods for security reasons, we can confirm that this decision was taken following multiple layers of review and is final.

I understand that the support service is people without rights who simply pass on what they are told. Do you really not understand the absurdity that you are writing? That is, according to your logic, you can block absolutely any user, confiscate the balance and say that there was supposedly a thorough check that is not subject to disclosure? I wrote a complaint on six gambling sites.

I hope the reputation of your pathetic little casino will suffer.
