If Rodrygo moves to another team, it will be the right decision because he is still young enough to have more success in the future. If he stays on the bench, it will negatively impact his career. Rodrygo has made significant contributions and achieved a lot in Real Madrid, surpassing many talented, legendary players, and he is still young enough to have even more success than he has already had.

This is the same problem Cole Palmer was having at Manchester City, where he didn't get much playing time under Pep Guardiola. And he accepted an offer from Chelsea immediately, despite the fact Manchester City were performing well at the time, but today Cole Palmer is the one currently leading Chelsea to their success.

In regards to Rodrygo, several elite teams in the English Premier League, including Manchester City, and Arsenal, have made offers to Real Madrid. In my opinion, now is the right moment for Rodrygo to make a decision because the Premier League fits his style of play better than staying at Real Madrid and playing rarely.
Liverpool should be number one for that. Because Salah is getting older, and when Salah is gone, they need someone else to fill that role. So that means, if they get him now, even right now, they could definitely get rid of Salah somehow, not sure how, but they can, just like how Real Madrid knew that Modric was better than all their players at that position, but they still had to get rid of him because of the age. Salah is getting older, and Rodrygo could be doing a lot better.

We are not seeing how things are changing for them at the moment, but it could definitely be great for them if they made the move. United would be worst for Rodrygo, that team sucks all together, he would be just losing plenty of games and would not look great.
