Wether the person is an addict or not, a professional gambler is the one who wins more than his losing. If the person is an addict and he wins always then he is a professional gambler and people or gamblers would even meet him for more coaching. Being responsible in gambling has nothing to do with a the professionalism in the gambling field. Probably everyone might have different things to qualify a professional gambler but mine is frequent winning.
