Not even 8:30am and I've already done some yardwork, went for a long walk, went swimming, shipped out all my coin orders, and worked out.  If only I could be this productive every morning.  I'm going to need to start waking up before the sun and getting my stuff done while it's still nice and cool out.  It feels amazing.  I guess I'll play some Tony Hawk Pro Skater and enjoy some calm for a bit.  Maybe order some breakfast.  Today is lined up to be an amazing day capped off with watching Happy Gilmore II tonight before bed.  Life is such a blessing.  Make sure to embrace the positivity and reject the negativity.

How you have persistently kept to doing barely 100 pushups everyday is something noteworthy since your past 529days with a total deviation of 1000 pushups spread through the period averaging 101.9 pushups daily. Someone with such consistency is likely an expert in the DCA strategy and could consistently do a particular thing for years without quitting. Most of us sometimes get bored of doing the same thing everyday and tend to go for something higher or lower. Bitcoin investment has a way of building discipline into investors who do it responsibly and it is evident in your number of pushups.
It seems some persons don't see smoking as something good to the body system (which I agree) while some see it as something precious to the body because of the love they have for it and how it makes them feel which I don't think is even cool. If we some how feel the way we feel about smoking what about drinking? Like too much drinking, can it be seen as a better replacement for smoking?

Whether he's smokes or drinks doesn't matter so far he does it responsibly and he's not overdoing it either. I understand that smoking is a habit but not a bad one either,it's a choice and people that has passion for it can also live healthy depends on how they pay attention to their healths. Apart from eating healthy, regularly exercise like Pushups can also be an additional to smokers,makes them looks bodily fit for a better healthy appearance. I am not a smoker and I am not against it.

Smoking is a choice quite alright but do you think smokers has a better way of controlling it that it won't be a habit? These things can't be controlled like have one today and skip the next 3-4 days before taking another, ones you're in you're in and the only way to control it is by stopping it completely, that's a long journey to take.
Some persons want to stop but they find it hard to let go and these sets of persons can only be free if they change the environment and the kind of people they roll with, distancing themselves from their fellow smokers can help them reduce the way they take it, like they say, too much of everything is bad. I don't have issues if anybody smokes or drinks but they should know what to do when it matters, taking care of yourself should come first than always go for the drinks and cigarettes. And we shouldn't use because we work out all the time as a signal that we are healthy.
Some choices we make mostly come back to haunt us and that's why sometimes prevention is better than cure. It's very easy to start smoking, anyone can blame peer pressure and get into the act, but not everyone could possibly fight to quit such act. Addiction is a sickness and until such person understands that he's sick and needs help, he may have literally no way out of it. Talking about the way it makes them feel is the reason most people can't quit. I think when anyone finds it too difficult to quit, going to a rehabilitation centre is advised. A six months rehabilitation period with consequent change of environment after the period is the best way to fight addiction.

Body building and smoking does not go too well because they fight each other. Your muscles tend to grow as a result of your exercises but your smoking act antagonize. If it eventually builds like everything is fine, it exposes the lungs to higher effect of the smoke inhaled thereby endangering the person more than it does to a random smoker who's not into bodybuilding.
