In my case it took about one day and half, but I don't know whether that is the usual time for the Stake team to review your papers, as I submitted my documents when they sent that email to all their gamblers so their would comply with KYC before January 1th of this year, so perhaps they were a little bit underwhelmed with the amount of people they had to manage and the huge about of requests they were getting because of the email sent my Stake.

If you notice your request for KYC verification is not approved or refused after two days, then get in touch with customer service or some verified stake representative.
Also, keep in mind usually casinos and exchanges usually appreciate more passports than national identity cards, because the latter is not subjected by international standards, while passports do.
