Premier league is near 2bilions € spend while the others league are at max 600m€.
I think that if we combaine Serie A, Germany, Spain and France we dont reach the amount of money spent from Premier alone.
I have the feeling that Liverpool want to establish the same dominance Manchester City have had all these years but I doubt they will manage it. A lot of things worked really well at City, the team was very strong, the manager is one of the best in the world and some of the other clubs overslept.
Liverpool are investing a lot of money, but will it pay off in the end? I believe that City will reclaim the throne this year.
