from recovery@bcgame], I believe it's a simple interdepartmental-misunderstanding where my contact has arranged for the refund, but perhaps the recovery team mistaken your email as someone else's. I've nudged my contact, and ask them a specific subject you should send your email under, so the team will know it's you.
