That's fair because if there is a support from the government and there is a law that says they're fine to do it, then the people will gamble. But expect that there will be many addicted gamblers. So coming from having a better economy into personal economy of these gamblers that will make their lives harder because of the end results of it. Being addicted will stop them to work harder because their salaries are just going to the deposits and will no longer provide for their families. Well, it's making a lot of them irresponsible and prioritizing gambling than anything else.
