You obviously haven't known too many women who had children. So you think it's normal for women to recover within 3 months... What about those who had C-section? Do you expect them to work out 3 months after that and lose weight?
Look, I'm already kind enough for giving 3 months (12 weeks) because normally it takes six or eight weeks.
It takes six to eight weeks to recover fully from a C-section.
What about women who breastfeed? You expect them to go on a diet?
I read, it's possible
https://www.breastfeeding.asn.au/resources/losing-weight-while-breastfeedingAre you saying that people who can't afford a babysitter should not have children? That's pretty harsh.
Unfortunately, yes.
I've heard so many women are complaining if they're not happy with their marriage, they always say their husband life is easier, he only work, help to do domestic work and can do whatever he want. But they have to do domestic work, raise the child, tease their husband etc etc.
As for diabetes, you're also proving that you've never dealt with it.
Diabetes often leads to water retention. You're not going to burn it like you burn fat.
If their body are swollen and make them hurt to move, they can pay attention with their calorie in take. Exercise will make them burn their fat faster, but what you eat give significant effect than exercise. Again, no excuse.
This may be why the 80/20 rule has become popular, as it states that weight loss is the result of 80% diet and 20% exercise.
