I disagree with you on this. Anyone who wasn’t able to invest because the market is high isn’t an Investor. Reasons being that you may invest now that bitcoin is $115k, and it dips more to maybe $80k, then the person who sees it as an opportunity then starts panicking, and at the cost, sells off his bitcoin after losing some of it, if not all.
Once you understand bitcoin and its fundamentals, then you’re good to go. You mustn’t wait for dip, you can buy at any cost, knowing too well that bitcoin is a volatile asset. Thats why we consider dollar cost averaging (DCA) method to reduce volatility.
Bitcoin only volatility creates opportunities for real investors during the dip because it’s a chance to buy at a discounted price, and when it dips more, they will buy aggressively in order to accumulate more bitcoins.
